The scientific program of ISOLA 2027 will bring together keynote lectures, thematic sessions, doctoral presentations and academic discussions dedicated to African oral literatures, improvisation, performance and cultural transmission.
Program Overview
The 16th Conference of the International Society for the Oral Literatures of Africa will take place from April 13 to 16, 2027, at the Faculty of Languages, Arts and Humanities – Aït Melloul, Ibnou Zohr University, Agadir, Morocco.
The conference will be organized around academic presentations, keynote lectures, panel discussions and exchanges between scholars, researchers, doctoral students and contributors working on Africa and the African diaspora.
